DONATION AND AID POLICY

Our company determines donation and aid which it will make in the direction of following basis criterions

Basis Purposes: 
Basis purposes in donation and aid is to carry out our social responsibility with in cash and kind aids which will be made, to create corporate responsibility on our shareholders, our employees and our business partners, to supply the needs of social and common and to benefit to public.

Organizations Which Are Allowed Compensation and Aid:
Our company adopts as a principle to donate to amateur sport in order to convey Turkish youth to modern sport level, strengthen education and social structure.
• Aid banking accounts which are opened by officials after natural disasters.
• Foundations which is in the list of respected foundations.
• Other foundations and organizations which are in case of necessity.

The Limit of Donation and Aid: 

• The allowed compensations made to aid banking accounts which are opened by officials after naturel disasters are not taken in consideration in abovementioned estimation.

Intercorporate Decision Making Procedures for Donation and Aid: 
•Every donations and aids which are over 10.000 TL can be carried out only with the sign of board chairman.
• Intercorporate committees, departments and work groups can offer suggestion related with donations and aids to board members.
